That's the point. And the three other guys on the farm played the lion, the tinman, and the scarecrow. That's why she wakes up saying "I was just having the most wonderful dream. You were there, and you, and you..." I was just paraphrasing, but that was the point.

people always know that the three guys played the lion, tinman, and the scarecrow, but when you look at glinda and auntie em, they look like two TOTALLY different people. my mom, who grew up watching this movie every year as a child didn't even notice they were the same actresses until recently.
