Well that escalated quickly. Humans are also creepy and scary. I don't see why being scary and creepy is grounds for erasing things out of existence.

no logic in op's head when typing this whatsoever

They could also rip your arm or face off with ease
by Anonymous2 years ago
Just because they have the potential to do major physical harm to humans doesn't mean they should be erased. All that means is we should not being keeping them as pets, don't let unqualified people handle/exploit them, protect their natural habitat and respect the fact that they are physically stronger than us. We don't need make another animal vanish from the face of the earth.

This is the one of the dumbest opinions I've seen. Just because you think something is creepy and scary doesn't mean it needs to be destroyed. You need to learn how to better control your emotions and reactions to things you don't like. You're not the only person on the planet.

These animals can rip your arms off with ease, they should be kept as far away from civilization as possible
by Anonymous2 years ago
I agree. They're dangerous animals. But that doesn't warrant their extinction.

Maybe put them all on an island and forget about them forever
by Anonymous2 years ago
No. Leave them where they currently exist in nature. It isn't that hard.

Watching Nope really did stir something up with my view on Chimpanzees.

Google images of bald chimpanzees.
Sleep tight.

Careful there. You'll find that all of us, with opposable thumbs, are pretty much equally creepy.
by Anonymous2 years ago
Indeed. There are also many testimonies of what happens when they get mad, in case you didn't see them already and in case you want to make them even creepier.

They can already use guns, I'm forming a militia
But they actually have been seen to brutally maul people and they are quite dangerous, why are we giving then weapons
by Anonymous2 years ago
Exactly where have you seen anyone intentionally arming chimpanzees, outside of a Rise of the Planet of the Apes promo?
by Anonymous2 years ago
You just feel threatened by their eventual evolution to consciousness as humans did LOL Maybe they would end up being good allies in the future if that ever happened?
by Anonymous2 years ago
honestly i feel the same but about domesticated dogs
