Dying of exhaustion must be such a relieving experience. amirite?

That's like finally finishing a marathon, flopping on the grass, and the grass being made of clouds.

Probably the same with torture.

Who knows, maybe death is painful

It depends on the type of death but there are accounts from people who jumped off bridges and died for a bit after drowning They describe it as falling asleep on the worlds most comfortable bed

From what I understand, drowning is absolutely terrifying until you drown. All the burning in your lungs trying to hold your breath... Once you are forced to take in water your lungs fill up and equalize pressure. From there you can breathe in and out just fine (except it's water so there's no oxygen exchange taking place). Lack of oxygen makes you feel drowsy and then makes you pass out. Plus all the endorphins that the brain releases to cope. So the last few moments of drowning, supposedly, are surprisingly decent.

It's like an awesome nap but don't wake up from.

Unless you go to a personal hell where you run a never ending marathon

Did you know your hearing is said to be the last to go when you die

Same with dying from sleep

No, you'll be dead and won't experience anything. Only if there is an afterlife where you remember your past life, and where you can experience things in a way like we do in this life would it be a relief. Sorry for being pedantic, I'm tired.
