She was def weird for telling everyone else But for safety reasons I was always taught to never go to the restroom alone, or let others go alone, when with friends, at least in public places, not necessarily restaurants

I honestly agree with you! We can't expect everyone to be able to read our minds. Next time you gotta be honest and express that it would make you uncomfortable if she came with you and that you'd like privacy. But yea she definitely is super immature and you shouldn't be hanging around someone like that anyways!
