Most people don't feel like hurting other people...

Most people aren't interested in committing murder. That's not a flaw, that's a nice thing about human psychology. I wouldn't consider that lacking "gumption" or "the cojones" — it's lacking the entire impulse to do it.

They only get caught cause they are over planning, stupidity, or lack of gumption.

One could argue that the actual stupidity is wanting to kill people in the first place.

A Forrest gumption, if you will.

It's probably not as much cajones as it most people have a higher moral standard that would prevent them from wanting to kill lots of people.

Most people don't refrain from murder because they lack the "cajones," most people don't murder because most people are sane and know that murdering is wrong.

You have a terrible outlook on the world and the people that live here. You walk around with the general public? Terrifying.

by Rohansedrick 3 months ago

How am I the terrifying one? I'm a pacifist. I wouldn't harm anyone. I'm just being realistic. It only takes one guy with a knife to kill several people really quick.

What a bleak way to look at the world lol

It IS an unpopular opinion to be surprised that most people don't have any interest in being violent and causing mass casualties. Congrats!
