I think you are onto something using boredom as the reason. It is hard to get people to go along with stuff morally but if people start finding the hatred boring that would actually cut back on it.

Social media algorithms feed us what we react most to, which is conflict. I agree that it's tiring, but this is a bigger issue than 'be cool'. You may not see cool, because no one engages with cool. You need to go offline to find cool.

How? Because I'm pointing out an issue and wanting for change? That's not what I'm tired of. I encourage that. What I'm tired of is the complete lack of understanding people have for a different point of view, and the blind anger they've accumulated towards certain groups of people..without good reason. I'm not angry though, a little frustrated sure, but mostly having fun and hoping someone relates and gets the jist of what I'm saying.
