I kinda think it's your own responsibility to find a way to get yourself to rest. But I really think people should be able to live their own lives without having to tip toe around someone else's sleeping pattern. I really think people should be able to live their own life and sleep in quite without having to tip toe around some else noise day pattern

Don't want noisy neighbors? .. Move to the country... Have no choice but to be a close neighbor?. Don't be an inconsiderate prick.Typical activity noises..knock yourself out... being excessively loud for an extended period of time for no reason is asking for conflict.
