It's an unpopular opinion but shouldn't be, really. It has a couple of redeeming features; they're relatively cheap, and they offer the same cheap food pretty much everywhere. I'm not a fan, I'd prefer more independent bakeries personally, but sadly thats not the world we live in.

I agree but I'm from Cornwall where there's tonnes of independent bakeries which blow Greggs out of the water in terms of quality.
