Ticketbastard has a system to sell tickets, but I discovered trying to sell a couple of pretty expensive festival passes, that they put a price floor on the whole thing - I couldn't find a buyer at face value, but I found a buyer online for a price I was willing to take, and couldn't find a way to transfer not in person. Ended up losing the sale, and couldn't sell the tickets.
