I don't think being flexible is a particularly exciting trait, if I want to eat a steak, it really, doesn't matter that I can't put it in a stew. If I wanted stew I'd buy a different cut. How versatile a meat is has literally 0 impact on my purchasing decision, I pick a dish to cook first and go shopping after. Also chicken is one of the most difficult meats to cook, the window between inedible shoe leather and salmonella is absolutely tiny. If you mess up a steak it'll almost certainly come out in some edible shape since realistically anything from rare to medium is gonna be fine.

Disagree. It's a versatile meat, no doubt but but it's inferior in taste, look and texture to at least beef. To put it into context, would you rather eat a piece of unseasoned fried beef sirloin or an unseasoned fried piece of chicken breast? It's not even close.

I mean any well prepared meat can be better than other meat that are not well prepared it doesn't mean anything. Chicken is one of the most tasteless. Doesn't mean it's bad as you said it allows it to be eaten by most and be prepared in tons of way. You even say yourself that chicken doesn't have any smell so it doesn't really have any taste by itself. Chicken is realy cool, cheap, easy to farm, from a practical point of view we can argue that it is the best, but tastewise nah

While I am a chicken lover myself, chicken takes longer to cook and is a bit harder to add flavor too. Beef (particularly beef liver) is much more nutrient dense even at fairly low amounts. Where I live though, chicken is half the price of beef, so I choose chicken.

It's cheap and doesn't have a very strong/distinct taste so almost everyone can use it in a lot of different dishes. In that way you could call it superior. A jack of all trades meat.

White meat chicken has almost no flavor so is easier to season. Dark meat chicken is much more flavorful and I prefer it generally.
