Wicked movies should've been adapted from the books & not a remake of the Broadway musical, amirite?

The Wicked book is VERY dark. There's a lot of heavy stuff in there. There probably would have been an uproar over it. The musical is also extremely popular (heh) so it deserved its movie.

Media Literacy is a term for analyzing media critically for accuracy or truthfulness. It has nothing to do with what kinds of entertainment people enjoy.

Then elaborate - how does someone's ability to analyze media for accuracy and truthfulness have any bearing on the kind of entertainment they consume. This is your chance to support your claim. Child's shows are generally easy to consume, so they are ideal for children. But that doesn't imply and kind of negative connotation.

You keep saying "need". But what about just enjoy? I assume you play video games - does that mean that you need simple forms of entertainment because you are not cultured in actual art? Or does it mean you are like the majority of other people and can appreciate fun?

Or. Music is superior to speech. Without a spoken word a song can communicate a depth of emotion. It connects to memories of youth or pleasure. It can make you sad. Without saying a thing.
