-28 Stadium/arenas provide better concert experiences than small venues, amirite?

Stadiums generally have better sound quality because the artist is wealthy enough to bring their own sound system as part of their tour. Also, the big venues often have better on hand speakers. All the small venues where I live in SF sound like ass. Muddy bass, unclear vocals, etc. Never have that issue in large venues.

I can see the appeal of all of your points. I prefer somewhere in the middle of a sweaty club and a stadium.

Smaller venues are normally in more accessible locations, and don't require long pain-in-the-ass drives to get to them. They're also easier to get into and out of, because you're competing with fewer people for the exit at the end of the show. You're also likely to see artists with smaller and more dedicated fan bases at smaller venues, so the community experience of going to a concert is more prevalent. The ticket prices are also a LOT nicer with smaller venues (assuming the smaller venue is due to the artist not being as mainstream as the ones selling out arenas)
