the clacky clangy fork knife hand switching cutting technique drives me crazy. Not as crazy as sound of people who bite their fork every bite, but close. I'm also a lefty. We're forced by society to be a bit better at using our non-dominant hand but still. It's really not that hard to use a knife with your non-dominant hand

Not as bad as people who chew with a open mouth

Yeah you're totally right. that's definitely the worst

Also a lefty, it's never been mentioned when I swap the knife and fork.

Lefty l and have always used the knife in my right hand. Is that correct, or improper? I don't intend on changing so I guess it doesn't matter.

Correct. Fork in left hand, knife in right

Skill issue

Can't argue with that

Yep, sounds like more effort than just using utensils like you're supposed to.

"Like you're supposed to" in reference to how you use utensils sounds wild to me. I imagine you guys asking permission before you tie your shoes.

Youre supposed to use your hands. Utensils cause overbites

Thats fine, you can use your hands. I like an overbite
