Never heard sea salt being healthier, but we joke in my family that the upprice is the dirt in the salt

Sea salt contains iodine naturally whereas it needs to be added to rock salt. Lack of iodine caused problems in the last, so the idea of sea salt being healthier did stick. Make sure to always buy salt with iodine (natural or added). Some countries sell only iodized salt by law.

Table salt is also polluted with microplastics. Also biggest lie ever told? Chill.

I'm emailing my representative right now! Seems like a productive use of their time.

Not like they were doing anything productive anyway.

Do you have know what an opinion is? Cause this isn't. What you're saying is a fact. Can be proven. Something is that's either true or false isn't an opinion

I'm pretty sure sea salt has more minerals, and they treat it for heavy metals/chemicals. They also get it from pretty clean areas. Hell, I was in Port Hedland in Western Australia a little while ago. That place is pretty clean. Huge piles of salt too. Anyway, your opinion, your choice. Salt is salt as far as I care.
