no I get what you're saying, to me I think all shades of people are beautiful. Except when it's forced. I think pale women are attractive, I think tan women are attractive, I think black women are attractive, but I do NOT find women who force the tan attractive. Just be yourself

Pale skin shows every single mark. Minor abrasion? Giant pink mark. Tiny scratch? Visible red line. Bump into something? Welcome to bruise city. The easiest way to have an even skin tone? Fake tan. Pale skin is nice on its own. Mild tanning lotion hides a multitude of sins.

Personally, I think the word "pale" has negative connotations. It bugs me when people call me pale. My sister (who is as white as I am and a natural blonde) has started correcting people, saying her skin is "fair." Fair skin is pretty, just like any other natural skin color.
