Absolutely, and that's why it's infinitely easier to say Obama, Regan, and even Clinton to an extent we're so charismatic, they made the ideas sound good not vice versa, trump's the easy candidate for people who are afraid of immigrants, not people who want genuine change of the immigration system

I don't think it is even charismatic leader at all. You might be thinking about Trump on the other side. But Trump support is not about being charismatic, it is about some ideals and concepts they feel need to be supported. Dems lack any ideals worth supporting at all.
