My mom used to work for Wendy's in the 1980's when they had a salad bar and apparently it was AMAZING - they'd have to physically remove me from the establishment if my Wendy's still had one 😂

I apologize for being culturally insensitive. What I actually should have written was something more like this: Fries are delicious, but they're also mostly just a way to convey other deliciousness (such as grated cheese, mayonnaise, ketchup, malt vinegar, or other) into one's mouth hole, and they are never a health food. (I haven't tried grated cheese on fries yet. I shall.)

Nevermind salad as a side, I used to go to Wendy's frequently just for their Asian chicken salad. Remarkably good.

Man I used to love the pitas they had at Wendy's and those salad shaker things at McDonald's. I'm genuinely disappointed that Taco Bell got rid of their salad option too.
