I really don't get burning the cars. Firefighters have enough problems to deal with. My friends that are volunteers always talk about how hard EV fires are to extinguish and how volatile it can be. It's really just shortsighted putting good people like firefighters in danger. They can't just ignore what calls they get sent out to.

Teslas account for a little less than 50% of all electric vehicles in the US. If you wanna burn half all EVs, go for it. Just don't bitch about how there aren't enough EVs on the road a year from now.

Yes 48% of EVs PRODUCED not sold. If you count the ones on the roads world wide, Teslas are only about 10%. Burn the ones that fElon over produced so that he loses money and other car companies take over the market. Win win
