Must be Wisconsin or that kind area. Where instead of Taco Bell, it's TAKO BELL

No one should "love" Maccas, or any fast-food slop purveyor for that matter. However, as a quick means to an end when time is limited or simply when you are extremely hungry and there are no better options available, it serves its niche. I think it's slop, but now and then, my stomach hijacks my brain, and I regain lucidity at a drive-thru window, being handed a Double QP and a Hot Caramel Sundae.

Tried a Big Mac (after a rather trying last school day in expected and unexpected ways) when heading home back to underemployment. Nothing special overall, so wish it had remained like Twinkies as a popular item I've never tried beforeโ€ฆ

Fast food in general is nasty

Depends on where you go imho. The major chains kinda suck since they're more so in the business of Real Estate (McDonalds as an example) than they are selling quality food. Probably the best example is something like KFC versus any Fried Chicken joint. It's a shame in a way because once you've experienced the true and authentic Colonel Sanders experience, which is really more reminiscent of a dine-in restauraunt, you'll understand why KFC became so popular. Despite the questionable quality a lot of the food has now.

I've moved to Hungry Jack's or Carl's Jnr when eating on the road. HJ's is challenging with the tomato and dressing but worth the mess ๐Ÿ˜…

I could tell you the name of Burger joints that have disappointed me. Every one of them. Don't know if it's a culture thing or just bad luck. Why do fast food places refuse to cook the meat the right way? Not saying well done or burnt, but to the point where it's not gray and not pink in the middle. That's disgusting. Are they just lazy and not want to spend the extra time cooking the burger? I can't get past it. This is why I go to McDonald's.Don't have to fight them. Their burgers are cooked to a standard that I could live with. Best tasting? No. Not even close. Most consistent with quality? For me, yes. I could go and pay $10-$15 dollars for a burger at one of the pricer places and it just sux.

Yeah, so salty!

Its good but if we are measuring our gdp by comparing it to McDonald's products then they atleast should make better products

I have rejected mcdonaldses for decades, but I will now accept their fancy chicken sandwich. First thing on their menu I haven't immediately placed in the trash

by Friendly_Poet 2 weeks ago

But you'll likely pay double for food truck burgers.

Its the fact that the fries in my local McDonald's are literal salt bombs of death and the tea is straight up candy that makes me really dislike McDonalds

by Original_Somewhere 2 weeks ago

The tea is 1 lb of sugar per gallon.

by Anonymous 2 weeks ago

Their fries were the first thing that made me as a child realise that life sucks

by Anonymous 2 weeks ago

Thumbs down. This isn't an unpopular opinion.

by Anonymous 2 weeks ago
