Rare where? You do realize there are places in the world where over 80% of the population has blue eyes even though it's a recessive gene? Also, the green eye allele is dominant over blue, but recessive to brown. So again, your take is uninformed. Green eyes make up 2% of the population despite being dominant over blue eyes, which are about twice as common.

Is six fingers more suited for society? When you say "Rarity is ugly", are you trying to suggest that blue eyes are ugly, piercing, and soulless because they are rare? What about countries where blue eyes are the most common eye color? 74.5% of Icelandic people, 64.8% of Danish people, and 60.9% of Dutch people have blue eyes. Are brown eyes considered soulless in those countries? (spoiler alert, they're not.) And why are you suddenly bringing up computer advancements? What does this have to do with blue eyes and rarity?
